Your data is used exclusively for this behavioral research study — to assign habits, track progress, and analyze aggregate patterns. We do not use it for advertising or any commercial purpose.
Only the behavioral analysts running this study. Individual data is never shared publicly. Published findings use anonymized, aggregated data only.
